Teesside High School Spring Ball – Friday 2 May

We are delighted to formally invite you to our Spring Ball which will take place in the beautiful Conservatory at  Wynyard Hall on Friday 2 May, 7.00pm until late.

The Spring Ball will enable parents, family members and friends of the school as well as students in our Sixth Form (18+) to come together in their finery and enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing. This event forms a significant part of our PTA fundraising for the year, enabling us to realise projects which will benefit our pupils and the wider school community.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £60.00 per person or £550.00 for a table of 10 guests. Tickets include a 3-course meal (vegan option available), a welcome drink on arrival and a night of dancing and fun. There will also be an auction, with proceeds being split between the PTA and our 2025 Spring Ball charity, The Butterwick Hospice.

Tickets can be purchased from Reception (cash only please) and through ParentPay. Following purchase, tickets will be popped in book bags (Prep School) or made available for collection from Reception (Senior School and Sixth Form).

Wish to book an overnight stay?

In addition to hosting the event, the team at Wynyard Hall has kindly offered the opportunity for our guests to enjoy an overnight stay (with breakfast) at a discounted rate, as below:

  • Superior Bedroom – £160.00
  • Executive Suite – £190.00

Event sponsorship

Sponsorship packages are available for generous individuals, businesses or organisations who wish to support us. Please see below for a variety of packages, all of which include either individual tickets or reserved and branded tables of 10 at the event.

Welcome Drinks Sponsor – £500 – SOLD – this package includes two tickets to the event, your business name on a welcome easel and a thank you post on school social media in the run up to the event.

Table Sponsor Package – £750 – this package includes a reserved and branded table of 10 at the event, branded graphics displayed on event digital screens and a thank you post on school social media in the run up to the event.  Many packages available.

Headline Sponsor – £950 – SOLD – for this package your business will be our exclusive event partner, with company branding on all event literature; a reserved and branded table of 10 at the event, graphics displayed on event digital screens, an advert in the school newsletter and thank you posts on social media.

Auction and event charity – The Butterwick Hospice

Auction proceeds will be split between the school PTA and The Butterwick Hospice, a charity which does incredible work in our local community caring for people with life-limiting conditions.  If you are able to donate a prize, please do so via Main Reception.
