Teesside High School celebrates 100% A-level pass rate

Students at Teesside High School have secured an outstanding 100% A-level examination pass rate.

Almost 4 out of every 5 entries at THS Sixth Form, in Eaglescliffe, were awarded top A*-C grades.

94% of students secured places at their first-choice universities, including prestigious Oxbridge and Russell Group institutions.

Kirsty Mackenzie, Head at Teesside High School, said: “In the same year that our Sixth Form was judged to be one of the best small independent school sixth forms in the country, our students have achieved another wonderful set of A-level results.

“Our proven track record of securing exceptional value-added scores continues. Our students continue to excel above and beyond their target grades; a significant strength of Teesside High School which is continually recognised in government league tables.

“We will say a fond farewell to an excellent cohort of students today as they progress to study a great range of courses at some of the best higher education institutions in the country. We could not be more proud.”
